Refugee Education Foundation e.V.

The Refugee Education Foundation e.V. supports refugees and asylum seekers by funding their educational and vocational training when other options are unable to.

We are an independent not-for-profit organisation who fund educational and vocational training projects, as well as the material required for the successful completion of apprenticeships and other professional training. The Refugee Education Foundation is proudly run by a community of committed volunteers, supported by it’s members and donors.

Refugees and asylum seekers can apply for financial support, if they have neither the financial means nor access to governmental funding. Our international project management team, consisting of experts in the fields of education and training, who are familiar with government funding programs, the job market and also the requirements for various courses, assess and examine each application and give feedback to applicants about whether or not a project is accepted by us. This way we ensure that funds are only collected and used for projects that cannot be financed in any other way. When an application is accepted, we will cover the costs by fundraising for the respective project.

Donations can be placed directly towards specific projects, or generally go to the foundation. In this case we will allocate the money to our open projects.
